Program is designed to improve your athletes ability to jump vertically from both a stationary position and out of an approach step. Improving your vertical is all about maximizing force production into the ground with two feet as quickly as possibly. Using this cutting edge programming will take your vertical to the next level in just four short weeks.
How it works:
1) The warm up should be completed before each session
2) 4 weeks of training with 4 sessions per week
3) 2 lower body day and 2 upper body days
4) Program is best for the preseason or the offseason to maximize results
