Dr. Liz Miles earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at William & Mary. During her clinical training, she gained experience treating orthopedic, military medicine, and pediatric sports medicine populations, with a special interest in working with soccer players, field hockey athletes, and gymnasts.
As a lifelong athlete, Liz brings firsthand experience and understanding to rehabilitation and performance training. She currently competes in several competitive soccer leagues and participates in the professional beach soccer circuit at both the local and national level. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching middle school soccer and field hockey athletes and helping young players build confidence both on and off the field.
Liz is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, return to the activities they love, and continue performing at their highest level. She values creating personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s specific goals, whether that means returning to competitive sport, improving everyday movement, or building long-term strength and resilience.
